How it Works
If you receive a lower quote from a local competitor, we may match their pricing under the following conditions:
1. Equivalent Products and Services
The competitor’s quote must be for comparable items and services.
Example: A bid for a frame tent cannot be compared to a quote for a popup tent.
Similarly, add-ons (like delivery or setup) must be considered when comparing quotes.
Quotes must be for the same dates, times, delivery locations, and items.
2. Legally Compliant
They must charge applicable sales tax on their invoices, as required by law.
They must be a legitimate company in good standing with the Secretary of State.
What’s Not Covered
Quotes from companies operating without proper legal compliance.
Items or services that are not equivalent in quality, size, or value.
Submitting a Price Match Request
To request a price match, please provide the following:
A copy of the competitor’s official quote or invoice.
Details of the products and services included in the competitor’s quote for comparison.
